Our goal with Be More Pirate has always been to make it a movement.
Every week we receive messages from people saying that Be More Pirate is exactly what they needed to hear. We know there are thousands of you looking to show up differently in the world. To have the courage to challenge unethical behaviour, and write new rules for yourself.
So we have created a community bootcamp to help you on your way. We’ll take you through a five stage journey where you will explore your identity and mindset, build a personal pirate code, learn about the psychology of rule breaking, understand crew dynamics and improve your storytelling.
The Experience:
Bi-weekly group calls (online) to connect with fellow pirates, share your ideas and participate in group missions.
Weekly content and exercises - but no sitting endlessly at a screen, this about learning through DOING
Case studies, examples and interviews from inspirational rebels
Drop in Q+A sessions to get support on your specific challenges
A whole crew in person celebration at the end!
And, look we’re realistic. We want commitment, but we know that you won’t be able to come on every call, or do every exercise. That doesn’t matter, the most important thing is to make some progress, rather than opt out altogether because you can’t do to everything. This is part of the reason we end up staying stuck.
Who is it for?
- Anyone who has read one or both Be More Pirate books, or seen a talk and wants to integrate the ideas into their work/life to a deeper degree. We recommend a basic grounding in the core ideas before starting.
- You desire more honest, fulfilling conversations and would like to meet and connect with other pirates, who share similar frustrations, and a desire for change.
- You would like to get stuck into the challenging work of unlearning and unravelling ideas and norms that are no longer serving you, your team, or the planet.
- You’re want to be able to challenge the status quo more in your day to day life and work

How much does it cost?
This is the pilot version of the experience so the cost is £250 per person.
We want to make it as accessible as possible so concessions are available on request.
Part of the revenue from the course will go towards an in person celebration at the end!
